Mr. Jitendra Champaklal Mashruwala expired on 29th December,1993 and the Membership rights were transmitted to his son Mr.Vinay Jitendra Mashruwala. BSE approved the transmission on 21st October 1994.BSE approved trade Name M/s Bhaidas Maganlal & Co and same Clearing No.67. SEBI also allotted fresh SEBI Registration No. INB 010659518 dated 2nd November 1994 to Vinay J. Mashruwala
